How Centner Gables Longevity Hub Was Born
Centner Gables was born from the fusion of two distinct but deeply aligned forces: @JoanZurilla and @LeilaCentner. One a strategist of soul and systems. The other, a powerhouse of execution and expansion. Together, they saw the chance to reimagine healing, making it tangible, human, and designed for real life.
In 2023, Joan Zurilla founded SerenergyCenter.com with one clear purpose: to help people transcend burnout and turn it into balance and breakthrough. With a background in engineering, brand strategy, finance, and holistic therapies, she built a no-excuses healing space where nervous system relief, advanced tech, and deep care coexisted. Her style is fast, clear, and rooted in structure *and* intuition.
Before launching the center, Joan spent over a decade leading inside top-tier corporations like PepsiCo and UPS, where she climbed into senior roles and even built project management systems still in use today. She then founded @AreteMatters, her own boutique agency delivering tangible, creative marketing for brands like HBO, Mercedes-Benz, Florida Blue, Pepsi, Gatorade, 7Up, BP, Castrol, among many others. Marketing was her first system of healing. Wellness just made it deeper.
By 2024, Joan partnered with Leila Centner, a visionary already building a full-spectrum conscious ecosystem. Founder of @CentnerAcademy, @Regener8FarmAndRetreat, and the @ErasedPodcast, Leila had spent years creating mission-driven institutions rooted in wellness, education, and truth. Her leadership fuses scale with soul, structure with purpose.
Leila’s background spans finance, logistics, education reform, and philanthropy. Whether she’s advocating for medical freedom, funding frontline nonprofits, or growing regenerative farms, her focus is systems transformation and impact at every level.

In 2021, he made a transformative decision to shift his focus to integrative health and wellness. As the Head of Operations at Centner Gables, Oliver helps organizations and individuals achieve their goals by integrating mindfulness into marketing, business strategies, and daily routines. His mission is to promote healthy lifestyles and mindfulness therapies that empower people to thrive both personally and professionally.
General Director and Co-founder of Centner Gables, former Serenergy, and Via Arete Marketing Agency, Joan is a highly creative and structured individual with a passion for personal growth.
